This is necessary due to the following analisys:

When the user wants to make a production transmission we need the info if the payment was done
If the payment was not done send message and quits
If the payment was done the user must complete his data and continues to the creation of the events and/or transmission
If the payment was done and his data is completed then continues to the creation of events and/or transmission

Solved using Wix webhook that send info about payments done.

All data received must be inserted on database, in a structure that will be defined later.
