We need this table to save the info about the users that will do a evaluation transmission.

After the evaluation done the user will be transferred to the Users table. When the user tryes to connect to the system later, the missing data will be a marker in order to ask the user to complete their data.

Additionally we need a EvaluationEvents table to save the evaluation events, automatically created when the insertion of a evaluation user.

This two tables have enough data to make the transmission program and the transmission visualization.
